Here are some details we would like you to be aware of before you arrive at the Nitra site.
Before Your Visit
Your host will be arranging the details of your visit so if you have any questions please get in contact with them as soon as possible. Once you have been signed in to a Jaguar Land Rover facility you will be expected to follow all directions given by your host that pertain to our security and your health, safety and welfare.
Jaguar Land Rover require all visitors to show valid form of Photo Identification* before being allowed to enter any of our sites. Please contact your host directly if this will be an issue to you as unfortunately without it, access will be denied.
*Accepted forms of ID:
- Driving Licence Photo Card
- Bio-metric Residence Permit
- Government issued ID
Car parking will be allocated by Business Protection on arrival at Gate 2. It is vitally important that visitors park where instructed so the site can operate smoothly and effectively.
Arrival to Site
All visitors are processed at the Gate 2. On arrival visitors will need to present their photo ID (e.g. government issued ID, Passport, Driver’s license) to the security who will confirm identity and cross-check with the list of registered visitors. Security will provide an information handout with basic site and safety information. Visitor will sign the acknowledgement of the rules and then a visitor badge is issued.
While on Site
Please be aware that the Nitra site is a brand new facility. While we endeavour to provide consistent processes, you might face to last minute change or have limitations imposed at time of your arrival to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and guests. During this time we ask you to be patient and follow Business Protection guidance provided on site.
The Nitra Plant is a large and very busy facility so you must follow your host’s instructions with regards to your health, safety and wellbeing. If at any point you are unsure, you must ask for help.
Photography is strictly prohibited without a Business Protection issued permit.
At the end of your visit
At the end of the visit, you will need to be checked out at the Gate 2 where you will need to return your visitor badge and sign out.
