International Women's Day 2019
Jaguar’s women are celebrating International Women’s Day by showcasing automotive industry careers in a new video.
The video, called #SheDidIt, stars female employees from across the car-making process, from design and engineering through to manufacture and retail.

Shamaila turns sketches into clay models of our cars. This allows the designers to visualize their ideas and make changes on physical models.

Sandra uses theory, principles and data to make our cars intuitive, accessible and easy to use. She considers physical, psychological and emotional factors to help define the best experience for the customer.

Seat Features Systems Engineer
Charlotte makes sure the seat climate, massage and adjustment features all work perfectly, even in the most extreme conditions.

Vehicle Safety Delivery Engineer
Emma crash-tests all our new vehicles, ensuring legal and consumer (e.g. EuroNCAP) targets are met. Without this work we would not be able to sell vehicles to customers.

Chloe looks after our emissions measurement equipment. She is a fifth year engineering degree apprentice and is undertaking a B(Eng) Degree in Applied Engineering at the University of Warwick, and NVQ Level 4.

Danni keeps our production line moving. She maintains equipment throughout the factory including machines that help to attach the doors and rigs we use for testing.

Paige makes sure our cars are painted to the finest quality. She looks for opportunities to improve how we paint our cars and that the paint finish meets our customers' expectations.

Global PR Press Vehicles Manager
Abi manages the global PR press fleet, looking after all the cars which go on global media events. She makes sure the cars are the right specification and ready to perform.

Strategy & Planning Coordinator, Finished Vehicle Distribution
Steph and her team send our cars from Solihull to destinations all over the world – all on time. She works in strategy and planning for the international distribution of our cars.

Sophie helps customers choose their ideal car. She loves meeting new people, catching up with existing customers and, of course, demonstrating our beautiful cars.

Jess bought her Jaguar F-PACE almost a year ago and loves driving it on the winding roads where she lives, near Bristol. Her family love to ski and she plans to drive her F-PACE to the French Alps this Spring.
