School children working on an engineering project

We’re dedicated to equipping the next generation of engineers with the means and skills to deliver a new wave of innovation.

Our award-winning Inspiring Tomorrow’s Engineers education programme encourages young people to study STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) subjects and promotes engineering careers.

In addition, we have opportunities for the next generation of talented young people to join Jaguar Land Rover through our Apprenticeship Programme, undergraduate placements and our Graduate Development Programme
